Sometimes counseling alone is not sufficient for teenagers. Teenagers have different set of issues with more peer pressure.

They very easily get into mood swings, relationship issues, emotional disturbance, depressive mood, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, bullying, stress over-consciousness of body image, low self-esteem etc. Hence along with counseling, we use various therapeutic intervention modalities – most prominent, safe and effective being hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy is a beneficial therapeutic approach for teenagers in addressing a wide range of issues and concerns. It involves inducing a state of deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility, allowing the therapist to work with the teenager’s subconscious mind to promote positive changes in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

Benefits of hypnotherapy for teenagers:

Anxiety & Stress Reduction

Hypnotherapy can help manage triggers of anxiety and stress.

Improved Confidence

Hypnotherapy helps to  boost self-esteem and self-confidence by addressing negative thought patterns and helping teenagers develop a more positive self-image.

Phobias and Fears

Hypnotherapy can be effective in treating phobias and irrational fears by helping teenagers confront and reframe the underlying anxieties.

Behavioral Improvement

Teenagers dealing with behavioral issues such as anger management, aggression, or defiance may benefit from hypnotherapy. It can help them gain better control over their emotions and reactions.

Academic Performance
